**Job Title: Paint Prep Laborer**
**Job Summary**
Support the paint process by prepping, loading, and unloading metal parts. This role includes training in powder coating and basic quality inspection.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Wash and prep metal parts for painting
+ Load and unload parts on the paint line
+ Rack parts securely for processing
+ Assist with general production tasks
+ Learn powder coating (spraying and finishing)
+ Perform basic quality checks for smooth, even coating
+ Follow safety guidelines and lift up to 50 lbs
+ Maintain a clean, organized workspace
**Qualifications**
+ 6+ months of manufacturing or general labor experience
+ Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical work
+ Comfortable in fast-paced, non-climate-controlled environment
