What you will experience in this position
- Support painting and chemical baths processes to ensure equipment uptime, meet production goals and maintain high product quality.
- Prepare and maintain documentation (Standard Work, and Work Instructions) for new and existing equipment.
- Find opportunities and lead projects to improve efficiency, decrease costs, improve quality, and achieve timely delivery to meet production requirements.
- Lead new equipment financial justifications, installations, process modifications and improvements.
