Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships on behalf of Search team by demonstrating Search expertise across a broad array of accounts, demonstrating our capability, gaining the trust of clients and strengthening our relationship with them
- Set and manage expectations of clients and internal teams
- Develop paid search strategy and testing methodology and roadmap for clients and collaborate with media strategy/planning teams to advise, create and manage paid search media recommendations across multiple clients
- In the development of processes, best practices, training and learning agendas, leading cross-learning sessions across manager-level team members and below
- Manage subset of Search team across multiple clients, establishing and refining processes for creating, implementing, tracking, analyzing and optimizing paid search campaigns in Google, Bing, Amazon and other search engines
