About the Role
The role is an intersection of engineering and paid media. You will use Baker's platform to manage our clients' ad accounts from start to finish – campaigns, creatives, landing pages, and reports – while staying in the loop on every deliverable.
With equal weight, you will study the AI harness in depth, research its workings, and propose improvements to the development team. The friction you encounter while operating the platform becomes the roadmap to improve it.
Responsibilities
- Use Baker's platform to create, manage, and optimize ad campaigns, creatives, landing pages, and reporting for client accounts.
- Understand and document the AI harness, identify bottlenecks, and research solutions.
- Translate operational friction into actionable improvement requests for the engineering team.
