Frasers Group is seeking a dynamic Paddle Club Assistant Manager to support daily operations at our Paddle Clubs in Guide, England. You will work closely with the Club Manager to ensure exceptional experiences for members while driving membership growth, coordinating events, and maintaining high service standards.

Your role will involve managing club operations, overseeing staff, and ensuring facilities are well-maintained and welcoming. A passion for sports, particularly Padel, alongside leadership skills and experience in a supervisory role, is essential.
