Job Description
We’re seeking Packaging Machine Operators to work at a premier plastic food container manufacturing client in Holley, NY. These are temp-hire positions, working only 15 days a month on a rotating schedule (2 on, 2 off, 3 on, etc....)
Day shift: 6:00am - 6:30pm / $17.98/hr
Night shift: 6:00pm - 6:30am / $19.54/hr
What’s a typical day as a Packaging Machine Operator? You’ll be:
- Operating and monitoring assigned packaging machinery to ensure productivity and quality standards are met
- Reporting equipment, safety, productivity, or quality issues promptly to the Shift Supervisor
- Performing visual and functional checks on products at regular intervals to ensure consistent quality
- Following all safety and quality assurance procedures, including the use of required personal protective equipment
