Job Description
Responsible for managing the packaging operation in order to pack product to the correct quality and model stock, to optimize productivity, utilizing the equipment in a safe and effective manner achieving installed capacity.
Required skills and qualifications: Grade 12 Min 5 years packaging experience in production environment of which 2 years at management level (FMCG Food Manufacturing)Previous Mill experience will be advantageous. Technical background will be beneficial.
Experience on Packing Machinery (Form Fill & Seal)
Supervisor / Management training / Skills Own Transport & must be able to work shifts Customer service orientated and quality Drive continuous improvement processes, Focus on quality, problem solving, Productivity focussed.
