What it takes:
- High school diploma or GED
- Lift, move, and sort products — sometimes by hand, sometimes with equipment
- Pick, pack, and prep orders so they’re ready to roll
- Use scanners or handhelds to keep track of what’s moving (we’ll train you)
- Stay on your feet, lift up to 25 lbs, and keep a steady pace
