We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Loader/Packer to join our team on the 3rd shift. This role involves monitoring automatic and semi-automatic packaging equipment, conducting visual quality inspections, and ensuring the cleanliness and preparation of trailers. You will be responsible for loading products into trailers or storage areas, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, performing film roll/bag changes, and working with light products, which require no heavy lifting.
Responsibilities
- Monitor automatic and semi-automatic packaging equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Conduct visual quality inspections for packaging durability and product acceptability.
- Clean and prepare trailers for loading.
- Load products into trailers or storage areas.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Perform film roll and bag changes as needed.
