**Job Overview**
PACKAGING TECHNICIAN
HOURS: 4:45AM-3:15PM Monday thru Thursday
WAGE: $19/hour
LOCATION: DYERSVILLE AREA
_Standing for a full 10 hr. shift and is a fast-paced packaging line_
Works on packaging lines for bulk, bag, and/or pillow pack film to guide products through equipment, into the appropriate packaging materials and palletizing. Technicians are rotated along many duties along the packaging line.
Main Responsibilities:
+ Monitoring bulk packaging equipment to ensure proper filling and weights are being maintained for tote boxes and super sacks.
+ Filling poly bags or paper bags to appropriate weights, ensuring a proper seal is achieved, and stacking onto a pallet.
