Packaging Specialist (Tlaxcala)

We are establishing a new Greenfield manufacturing facility in Tlaxcala, Mexico, which will serve as a flagship site within our network. We are seeking a Packaging Specialist who will play a critical role in ensuring the development, quality, and performance of packaging materials used in the operation.

• Lead the definition, implementation, and continuous improvement of packaging specifications, ensuring alignment with quality, safety, operational, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain critical‑to‑quality (CTQ) packaging standards in collaboration with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and suppliers.
• Establish and execute packaging inspection plans to verify compliance of incoming materials with defined specifications, identifying non‑conformities and ensuring timely resolution.
