Description:
The Packaging Operator III is responsible for safely operating the packaging equipment to package in process products in accordance with packaging orders, while following SOPs and Maintaining 100% cGMP & compliance during operations.
Essential Functions:
+ Ensure Product/ Outserts/Label is as per product specification in the batch record. Check proper setting and operation of all the packaging equipment.
+ Ensure the bottled product count is as per batch record.
+ Printing of the proper shipper case label for packaged product.
+ Check bulk and packaging components before start and entry in the packaging room.
+ Follow up on Amneal Packaging CAPA and challenge test verification.
+ Perform in-process checks during packaging operation. Responsible for proper data entry in all packaging use log book.
+ Monitors equipment performance
+ Checks the entries of log book usage after each batch....
