Synlait Milk Limited is seeking a Packaging Lead to drive technical excellence across our packaging function. You’ll lead projects from concept to commissioning, partnering with engineering, production quality and procurement to deliver fit-for-purpose packaging solutions.

You will source, qualify suppliers, support day-to-day packaging improvements and lead risk assessments to ensure first-time-right implementation.
