Job Description
As a New Model Package Development Associate, you will be responsible for the design and development of packaging for parts to and from the client. The role is ideal for anyone with an engineering background with a key focus on design and project management. Your days will be spent designing packs through Catia V6 and develop the pack from concept to implementation. The position will involve both Mass Pro and New Model activity and working with various stakeholders and line associates to problem solve and find the root cause of various packaging issues. The ideal candidate must be very organized, be able to work fast and efficiently, and have strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify and rectify mistakes. Additionally, the successful candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to negotiate and coordinate with vendors and fabricators.
