Job Description
**1st and 2nd Shift Production / Packaging Associate $18-20/hr**
**What You'll Do**
+ Assemble boxes and prepare them for production.
+ Pack finished products accurately according to order requirements.
+ Inspect products for quality and remove defective items.
+ Seal boxes and prepare them for shipment.
+ Stack boxes on pallets and wrap completed pallets.
+ Move materials and finished goods using a pallet jack.
+ Support machine operators by loading/unloading materials.
+ Help ensure machines are stocked with the correct supplies and materials.
**What We're Looking For**
+ 6+ months of manufacturing, warehouse, production, retail, or food service experience preferred.
+ Ability to lift **20+ pounds** repeatedly throughout the shift.
+ Experience with assembly, packing, picking, general labor, or warehouse operations is a plus.
+ Quality inspection experience is helpful but not required.
