Job Description
**Packager**
This role prepares products for shipment by wrapping, boxing, and palletizing items in a clean, organized manufacturing environment. You’ll use basic tools, follow work instructions, and support a small team in a custom shop where tasks change throughout the day.
**Key Duties**
+ Wrap and protect products to prevent damage during shipping
+ Box, crate, palletize, and stretch‑wrap items
+ Use basic hand and power tools safely
+ Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
+ Read production paperwork, diagrams, and instructions
+ Test parts or mechanisms as needed
+ Assist with general production, packaging, and order picking
+ Lift and move materials up to 50 pounds
+ Keep work areas clean and organized using 5S standards
+ Work with a small team to meet daily production goals
