In this role, you will support the growing systems engineering team providing more focused effort on employee development, improving customer experience, long‑term growth initiatives and process improvements. You will also be responsible for leading and developing a team of engineers responsible for engineering all technical aspects of customer projects.

Responsibilities Manage the day‑to‑day needs of the Systems Project Engineering team, including training, and coaching new team members, performance evaluations, schedule management, escalation resolution, and coordination with other teams and customers.
