About the Role
Reporting to the Global P2P Operations & COE Lead, you will be accountable for P2P regional growth target, merchant ecosystem development, regional product rollouts, and cross-functional coordination across Product, Risk, Compliance, Marketing, Community, and Customer Service. This is a regional team leader role for someone who is equally comfortable in strategy thinking and solid market-level execution.
Key Responsibilities
Regional Operational Ownership
- Own day-to-day P2P business performance across SEA markets and other assigned regions.
- Monitor regional OKR including transaction volume, competitiveness, disputes, and fraud patterns, etc.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and propose data-driven solutions to improve platform efficiency and user experience.
- Provide localised business insights to the P2P Ops Lead, own regional strategy and contribute to product roadmap.
