The role of S2P Indirect Procurement (Professional Services / Top Line Categories) involves managing end‐to‐end sourcing projects for general services, ensuring delivery with maximum value and savings to the client.
Responsibilities
Procure goods and services, obtain quotations, develop proposals and/or negotiate contracts of low to moderate value/risk consistent with client requirements.
Good understanding and experience on RFP / RFX / RFQ managed via formal ERP / procurement tool based sourcing.
Understanding of e‐Auction is mandatory.
Understanding of upstream and downstream sourcing process, namely S2P and P2P process.
Manage proactive engagements activity for operational planned spend opportunities within defined operational spend levels.
Manage transactional buying desk activities and support wider category management including raising purchase orders.
