Overview
We are looking for an Oyster Technician to join our brand‑new, state‑of‑the‑art Service Centre and be a key player in shaping its success.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose all timepieces entering the workshop and provide accurate estimate creation.
- Upload all estimates into the required files and software within 24 hours of receipt.
- De‑case all watches brought in for servicing.
- Ensure all paperwork is appropriately filled out, attaching and required testing documentation.
- Complete Rolex ‘Quick Service’.
- Provide training to new starters within the wider department.
- Provide administrative support to the workshop team.
About You
You will have a minimum of Rolex Level 20 Accreditation and experience working within a workshop environment. You will be self‑motivated, well‑organised and collaborative, using excellent communication skills. To be successful in the role, you wil...
