Overseas Project Procurement BP

The Overseas Project Procurement Business Partner (BP) acts as the core link between the global supply chain and overseas project teams. Reports to the Overseas Procurement Manager and is responsible for end-to-end procurement and supply chain management for multiple renewable energy projects (solar, storage, wind) in a specific region.

1. Main Responsibilitie

sProject Procurement Coordination & Plannin

• gOverall Coordination : Act as the lead procurement person for designated projects, participating in the entire project lifecycle from development to construction
• .Strategy Formulation : Lead the creation of the Project Procurement Strategy, including package division, resource planning, and risk management

.Procurement Package Executio

• nClosed-loop Process Execution : Manage procurement from requisition to delivery, including RFQ, bidding, negotiation, contracting, and fulfillment
