Overview

The Shift Supervisor is responsible for direct implementation of Covenant House's philosophy, mission statement and policies as they pertain to residential care.

We are currently recruiting for 1 Full Time, Permanent Overnight Shift Supervisor. This is a replacement role.

This role is an awake overnight position working from 10:30pm to 8:30am.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the direct management of the daily shift and the direct supervision of approximately 5 FT and 8 PT staff.
• Co-coordinating and monitoring training of new team members.
• Overseeing the safety, security, contents and any emergency situations within the entire building.
