**Production Technician - Overnight Shift**
**Pay:** $25-28/hour
**Shift:** Overnight | 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
**Schedule:** 3 days on, 4 days off (36 hours one week, 48 hours the next)
**About the Role**
We're hiring **Production Technicians** to support the processing of rare earth materials used in magnet production. This is a hands-on manufacturing role where you'll operate equipment, monitor production processes, and help ensure products are processed safely and efficiently.
**Responsibilities**
+ Receive and handle materials delivered from mining quarries.
+ Load materials into production equipment.
+ Monitor gauges, temperatures, and chemical levels.
+ Document production data using Microsoft Office.
+ Perform inspections and ensure quality standards are met.
+ Troubleshoot equipment using basic mechanical skills.
+ Follow all safety and cleanroom procedures.
