Overnight Baker Schedule:
Part-time: 24-32 hours per weekOvernight shiftsStart times between 9:00 . – 11:00 .Shift end times between 5:00 . – 7:00 .Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake products according to company standards and recipesOperate bakery equipment including proofer, ovens and bread slicerMonitor proofing and baking times to ensure product quality and consistencyMaintain cleanliness and food safety standards throughout the shiftWork efficiently and responsibly with minimal supervisionQualifications:
Previous baking experience is considered an assetGenuine interest and enthusiasm for bakingDependable, reliable, and able to work independentlyStrong time management and attention to detailAbility to work overnight hours and perform physical tasks associated with bakery production
