Outreach Support Worker
Salary: £25,000 – £26,000 per annum (pro rata for part-time) PLUS £1,200 annual car allowance plus mileage
Contract: Full-time or Part-time, Permanent
Location: Community-based across the Surrey / Hampshire area.
