About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Outpatient Coder (ED) – Training Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will lead training initiatives focused on Emergency Department (ED) coding, helping develop high-performing coders while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver training programs focused on Outpatient Emergency Department (ED) coding
Develop and update training materials, modules, and assessments
Provide coaching, feedback, and performance support to trainees
Evaluate trainee progress and ensure readiness for production
Work closely with QA and operations teams to identify training needs
Ensure adherence to coding standards and regulatory guidelines
Qualifications
