ROLE SUMMARY
Sotogrande International School is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Outdoor Education Programme Co‑ordinator to lead the development and delivery of an inspiring Outdoor Education programme across the school.
This role will provide students with meaningful experiences beyond the classroom, fostering resilience, leadership, teamwork, environmental awareness, and personal growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and develop the school's Outdoor Education programme.
- Coordinate the International Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme .
- Support and develop Adventure Scouts , Forest School , and outdoor leadership initiatives.
