CHEO in Ottawa seeks a Psychologist dedicated to youth mental health in the Step Up Step Down Program. Provide critical assessments and interventions for adolescents struggling with mental health challenges.
As a key member of the interdisciplinary team, you will consult on treatment planning, provide psychological assessments, and implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques. The successful candidate will have a strong focus on supporting youth aged 12-17 in a community-based environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer clinical consultation and treatment planning support
• Conduct thorough psychological assessments for adolescents
• Deliver evidence-based psychological treatments in groups
• Liaise with community health professionals and psychologists
• Supervise and train psychology interns and students
