Position: OTR Repair Technician (On Site, Full time). Location: Mokopane, ZA. Company: Otraco Southern Africa (Pty) Ltd., part of Bridgestone West. Role: Provide expert inspection, maintenance, repair, and replacement of tyres for various types of vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Comply with Otraco Management system (OMS) policies and instructions.
- Perform inspections and determine if tyres should be scrapped, repaired or remain in service.
- Operate machinery and equipment according to procedures.
- Perform repairs to tyre and tubes according to procedures.
- Operate forklifts and tyre handlers according to procedures.
- Present yourself in a condition fit to perform your duties.
- Ensure that all equipment is maintained and in good working order by conducting daily maintenance and coordinating repair work as required.
