OTC Trading Director - Crypto & FX Market Leader

Coins.ph, a pioneer crypto brand in the Philippines, is seeking an OTC Trading Director to lead and scale the OTC trading business across crypto, FX, and stablecoins. You will oversee execution, pricing strategy, risk controls, and client coverage in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.

You will manage a high-performing team, design hedging and inventory strategies, and collaborate with product, engineering, compliance, and finance to ensure robust operations and revenue growth.
