About the role
The MEA OTC Category & Pharmacy GTM Lead will be the strategic owner of the MEA GTM plan, driving commercial delivery, execution excellence, customer engagement and HCP partnering.
They will be Category and Pharmacy experts on shopper behaviours and trends, best‑in‑class execution, shelf D&V, PPA alignment, portfolio optimisation and toolkit localisation.
They will act as the single point of contact with marketing teams and will have dotted‑line support from an NRM Manager, collaborating closely with the GTM alignment and SFE Lead.
