Your Role
This role focuses on building OSS intelligence and AIOps capabilities to support autonomous network operations. The OSS & AIOps Engineer will work on inventory intelligence, alarm correlation, fault management, performance KPI modelling, data aggregation, event processing, and AI-assisted assurance workflows across mobile, fixed, transport, cloud, and service domains.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement OSS intelligence capabilities for autonomous network operations.
Build automated inventory models using topology, configuration, service, resource, and dependency data.
Develop alarm correlation, event enrichment, deduplication, suppression, and root-cause analysis workflows.
Define and implement performance KPI aggregation models across RAN, Core, Transport, IP, SD-WAN, Cloud, and OSS domains.
