OSHC Quality & Compliance Auditor

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced OSHC Quality & Compliance Auditor to support quality assurance and regulatory compliance across a portfolio of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) services.

This role is responsible for conducting quality and compliance audits, identifying operational and regulatory risks, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to ensure services consistently meet the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standard (NQS), and relevant Education and Care legislation.

Working closely with Operations and Service Leadership teams, you will provide expert guidance to strengthen compliance, improve service quality, and support successful regulatory outcomes.
