Job Description
Total Joint Fellowship trained Orthopedic Surgeon seeks to add a full-time orthopedic Physician Assistant to the team.
- This position includes both the clinic and OR.
- This is a well-established and busy practice.
- This doctor has a focus on hip and knee joint replacements and some general cases.
- The Physician Assistant will run an orthopedic clinic parallel to the physician.
- The group has a state-of-the-art facility which includes PT/OT, EMR and newer OR suites.
Responsibilities include:
- Run orthopedic clinic
- First assist
- Joint aspiration and injections
- Pre-op and post-op H&P s
- Hospital rounding
- Write scripts
