Job Summary and Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Orthopedic Trauma Surgery Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona . You will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive acute care to patients with orthopedic conditions, including but not limited to the following.
Responsibilities:

Assist with the inpatient management of orthopedic patients including preoperative, perioperative and postoperative care.

Rotating 24 hour First Call for the Orthopedic service among 10 PAs.

First assist in orthopedic surgeries.

Round on inpatients, coordinate interdisciplinary care with Medical and Trauma teams.

Consult on ER patients, providing diagnosis, appropriate plan of care and referrals as appropriate.
