Job Description

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Orientation and Mobility or Special Education, Certification as a Certified Orientation and Mobility Specialist (COMS), and 1+ years Orientation and Mobility Specialist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An opportunity is available for a dedicated Orientation and Mobility Specialist (OMS) to provide essential services in a school setting. This part-time, contract position focuses on empowering students with visual impairments by developing their orientation and mobility skills to enhance independence and safety.
