Organizational Development Officer

MCW Restaurant Group is looking for an Organization Officer who will play a key role in strengthening our organizational structure, aligning teams, and building a high-performance culture across all concepts.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Assists in the conduct of organization review, restructuring and recommend changes on the organizational chart based on the analysis of the existing organizational structure.
2. Monitors and updates of approved Organizational Charts for all functional departments.
3. Prepares and regularly updates job descriptions in consultation with Functional Heads.
4. Assists in the development and implementation of a result-based performance management system based on the approved KPIs of the managers and supervisors.
5. Assists the Functional Heads in setting their annual KPI based on corporate dashboards.
