Organizational Development Consultant (Mexicali)

Overview Learning and Organizational Development (L&OD) Leader coordinate the implementation, maintenance, and management of the HPT system in different sites, driving the organization to an environment of self-directed work teams to improve performance.
Support L&OD efforts.
Responsibilities Responsible for the management of high-performance teams in Vertiv Ensure a standard implementation of the HPTs and all its elements, aligned to our VOS.
Hold weekly meetings with local HPT implementers to provide guidance and coaching.
Report the progress of the HPT implementation.
Hold regular meetings with stakeholders to review the progress and the deviations of the deployment.
Promote change in organizational culture/mindset and behavior across departments and within the plant.
Provide the training of Leading VOS.
Support in the different initiatives of the department.
