Organizational Change Manager – Senior (1GX)

We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Manager – Senior to support a major Procurement System Modernization initiative and the ongoing enhancement of the 1GX enterprise platform.

Reporting to the Manager, 1GX Business Excellence – Communications, OCM & Training, you will lead organizational change management activities that support new implementations as well as the sustainment, enhancement, and optimization of 1GX operations and functionalities.

You will partner with project teams, sponsors, operational teams, vendors, cross‑functional stakeholders, and the 1GX Change Network to drive stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness, communication, and successful adoption of enterprise solutions.
