• Develop enterprise-level change enablement strategy for platform organization, not project-level change management.
• Implement framework during contract period to enable effective stakeholder engagement.
• Support 2 main initiatives: platform infrastructure migrations (GitHub, observability tools, ML infrastructure) and agentic development framework rollout to engineers.
• 10-15+ years leading large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives ($10M+ programs).
