Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain the Organic Growth Strategy for TELUS Health
• Identify and frame cross-sell and upsell opportunities
• Translate customer insights into strategic growth actions
• Produce and manage the Monthly Insight Pack
• Support stakeholder engagement and investor communications
