Overview
Temp All Staffing are recruiting for an Order Processor on behalf of our client in Colchester, this role requires someone with a strong customer service background and a proven track record of managing orders end to end in a busy environment.

Working 2 days per week, ideally a Monday and Tuesday 9.00am-5.00pm

Temporary until January 2027 to cover maternity leave

The Role
Managing customer orders accurately and efficiently from receipt through to delivery

Proactively communicate with customers on order status, delays and amendments

Handle order-related queries, issues and complaints promptly and professionally through to resolution

Contribute to ongoing improvement of order processing procedures and administrative processes

Background in customer service
