Order Processing & Customer Experience Technician

Baxter is hiring for an NZ-based Compounding Operations role in Mt Wellington, Auckland. This Full Time, Permanent position focuses on accurate and timely documentation in collaboration with customer service to meet internal and external customer needs.

Shift timing is 09:00 am – 17:30 pm. Key duties include entering and reviewing orders, ensuring completeness, coordinating with pharmacy production and customer service, and maintaining compliant processes under GDP, GMP and EH&S guidelines.
