Order Processing Clerk

Area/Location: Industria West

Our client is looking for an order processing clerk to join their production department. The successful candidate will liaise with customers, stakeholders and various departments within the organization.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:

Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness from start to finish

Processing Sales Orders/Invoices/Credits/Returns

Evaluate all orders packed to ensure to be error free

Assisting all customers with queries, quotes orders and invoicing

Tracking orders and providing customer with prompt feedback

Coordinating deliveries & collections for the day with drivers and courier companies

Assist staff with all relevant information regarding orders and back orders

General admin and upkeep of database/ filing and workstation
