Order Picker (Chilled Environment)
Shift: 13:00 - 21:00 (5 DAYS OVER 7)
Pay Rates:
- 13:00 - 18:00: £12.90 per hour
- 18:00 - 21:00: £15.64 per hour
The Role
The Best Connection are seeking reliable and motivated Order Pickers to join our warehouse team. The successful candidate will work within a freezer environment, accurately picking orders using a voice‑directed headset system and preparing stock for dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick customer orders using a voice‑directed headset system.
- Work safely and efficiently within a freezer environment.
- Handle trays and stock in accordance with company procedures.
- Ensure all orders are picked correctly and meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
- Meet productivity and performance targets.
- Follow all health and safety and food safety procedures.
