- Ensuring a fast and unproblematic handling of the order process of Tungsten Automation in EMEA
- Creating customer orders in the ERP system
- Creating order documentation and responsibility for the delivery
- Controlling of internal sales conditions (pricing, discount, delivery conditions, license compatibility)
- Communication with sales and inside sales of our local entities
