Job Description

A leading provider of fleet management software solutions is seeking an Order Entry Specialist to manage customer support and handle orders, RMAs, and data accuracy using Salesforce, Oracle, and Netsuite. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage new orders, and ensure accurate information. Proficiency in English and experience with CRM systems are key requirements for this role. An incomplete university education is acceptable, and having a U.S. visa is preferred but not mandatory.
