Position Title: Order Coordinator
Job Purpose:
To ensure smooth execution of customer orders from receipt of LOI/PO till order completion by coordinating with internal stakeholders and customers. The role involves order review, SAP order processing, documentation coordination, delivery tracking, and ensuring timely communication across functions to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Review LOI/PO received from respective regions and ensure completeness of order-related documents. Understand and analyze supporting documents received along with LOI/PO such as PWS, PDS, specification sheets, drawings, and other technical documents. Create Finished Goods (FG) codes based on document review and defined code creation guidelines. Create Work Orders (WO) / Sales Orders (SO) in SAP as per defined SOPs, ensuring accuracy of mandatory parameters and maintaining data hygiene. Coordinate o...
