Job Description
Looking to hire an Oracle Fusion HCM Techno‑Functional Consultant who has strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM, including Core HR, Payroll, Absence, OTL, Talent Management, and Onboarding. Experience working with BI Publisher and OTBI reports is mandatory.
- Oracle HCM Techno‑Functional Consultant who provides L2/L3 production support across Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Absence, OTL, Talent Management, and Onboarding.
- Strong Payroll experience is mandatory, with hands‑on support during payroll runs and critical cycles.
- Lead and manage Oracle quarterly patching, including impact analysis and post‑patch validation.
- Deliver technical expertise by collaborating with HR, Payroll, and Finance stakeholders to resolve business issues.
