Handle L3 topics: analysis, troubleshooting, resolution, workaround definition and follow-up until stabilization.
Drive service quality: SLAs, prioritization, KPIs, structured communication and risk management.
Organize and secure deployments: releases to production, fixes, regression testing, documentation and knowledge transfer.
Advise clients on adopting Oracle quarterly updates: impacts, trade‑offs and business value.
2) Lead / Coach – Team Reference
Serve as a go‑to person for consultants: coaching, support on complex cases and skills development.
Structure and maintain best practices: templates, guides, checklists, configuration/support standards and knowledge capitalization.
